At Zirozi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase. If your device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Zirozi account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or exchange to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
